Eat your heart out.

Hello everyone! It has been quite a while but I have been thinking about my lonely, abandoned, and neglected blog. Well a few months ago I fell off track with my weight loss goals. You will find that it is easy for me to do, when my husband is home. Of course I don't blame him.. Ultimately it is up to me and only me what I put into my body. I am sure you have all heard the saying "you are what you eat" I learned that lesson load and clear when I realized I had gained 10lbs. I will be honest after all my hard work it made me pretty depressed stepping on the scale and realizing how far I have been set back from my goal. I felt fat.

But I am not a quitter!

So I went back to eating cleanly and working out regularly. The weight started coming off, after a month I had lost 4lbs. Then I went away for two weeks for some military training, it was a lot more difficult to eat cleanly there but I made sure to work out daily. When I came back I was even more disappointed because I had actually gained 2lbs while I was away regardless of my restraint. But still.. I went back to the gym and eating cleanly. I was losing weight but it was driving me crazy how long it was taking! I know, I know! Rome wasn't built in a day..

I am all about losing weight the healthy way.. it is the only way to go in my opinion. I mean you only have one body for one lifetime, you should take care of it. So I was on Pinterest and I was pinning a few things to my fitness board when I ran into this diet called "Eat your heart out" I will admit when I first read this I was not so sure this was healthy.. but oh well I still did it and I lost 3lbs! In a week!

Obviously results vary, but I am still a healthy weight so there was no way I was going to make it to 10lbs! That would have been amazing! I will have to tell you this diet is killer! I have never done anything like it before. The 3rd day had to be the worst day for me.. I woke up in the morning and felt so sick and weak I had to eat something and digest it before I felt better. It was a hard week but I do think it was worth losing 3lbs! Plus I only feel more motivated to eat cleanly afterward. This diet was originally posted on this website she answers a few questions some other readers had about doing the diet. On Fowl and Tomatoes day I put the 6 tomatoes into a tomato soup I think it made stomaching that much tomato easier and I still lost weight.

And I still have more weight to go! So I am off to the gym! Have a great Tuesday all! :)
