Sorry for the delay on new post's today everyone. Although I did get up
pretty early today so I could do my Day #2 work out. I needed to do
loads of errands and grocery shopping. Plus I have a busy day tomorrow
too. Anyways I didn't get the opportunity to write scores for this one
but it was not a fit test, so I did not think it mattered too much. For
all of you interested in an interval timer, you can purchase one at any
sporting goods store. Although I just downloaded a free app on my
phone.
Well here is the break down, same as last time with the 50/10 interval but instead of 7 exercises there are 12! Yikes I know, it was pretty intense but def well worth the effort.
1. 10 x High Knees & 10 x Mountain Climbers
2. 2 x Squat Jumps & 2 x Push-ups & 1 x Tuck Jumps
3. Center to Elbow Jump (L&R) & 2 x leg jumps
4. Clean & Press & Squat & Press & Push Up
5. Tuck Jumps x 5 & ½ Burpee & squat hold x 5
6. Spider Knee Push up & Straight Leg Push Up (L&R)
7. Switch Lunge & Press
8. Side Lunge x 2 & L & R Side Punch & 2 Tuck Jumps
9. 10 x Squat & 10 x Squat Jumps
10. Elbow to Knee jumps 10 x each side
12. Wide leg jumps & Push up
13. Speed run, low knees.
These were great workouts to try today. I enjoyed every minute of it. Can't wait for Day #3! :)
