Bodyrockers!

So I have decided to take the 30 day challenge. I am pretty siked, actually. Today being day 1 was a fit test. It actually was not terrible 7 minutes. I am feeling pretty good. So here is the break down. You must do an interval of 50/10. What that means is you do your exercise for 50 seconds and you rest for 10 seconds. Then you start the next exercise. Here is the video.


Fitness test exercises:

1. Squat jump
2. Push ups
3. Burpees
4. High Knees
5. Switch Lunges
6. Tuck Jumps
7. Straight Abs

I have done all of these exercises in the past except for tuck jumps. I might have slapped my legs a little too hard at some point. I will post my scores, although I don't think they were that great. I look forward to seeing improvement. I would like to challenge all my readers to take the 30 Day Bodyrock Challenge along with me. Here are my scores.

1. Squat jump - 28
2. Push ups - 15
3. Burpees - 15
4. High Knees - 68
5. Switch Lunges - 34
6. Tuck jumps - 20
7. Straight Abs - 25

Take the challenge and see where you are, there is always room for improvement and always remember to use proper form because you don't want to injure yourself. Once you do, your body is never the same. Stay safe! And happy exercising!
