Whew!

Well I am feeling pretty good today. I went to the gym, got some groceries, and made a quick trip to Michaels. I wish I could could tell you what I have been cooking up with my crafts, but I can't at least not for a 2 more weeks. Since I am having another book party and don't want to give too many details to my friends.

So anyways at the gym today I decided to try out this interval training workout for beginners. At first I was not so sure about trying the workout for beginners because I run, maybe not as much as I was, but I still run. So glad I didn't go with the intermediate. The beginner interval training was about all I could handle. When I woke up this morning I started my say with some push ups and a few sit ups and then went down stairs filled my water bottle and was off to the Gym.

16-17                       6.5                               1
17-20                       3.5                               3

I have been doing very well on staying hydrated, after all the research I had done for the article on hydration. My body feels great, I feel sore right now from all the sit ups and push ups I have been doing, but I am so glad I made it out to the gym for my cardio. I won't lie I have been slacking on my cardio.

Well anyways after the gym. I went to Costco, and picked up some salmon, celery, bell peppers, and whole grain wraps with flax seed. At Michaels I got some Martha Stewart scissors, and by then I was getting hungry. So I went home pulled out that salmon and made some for lunch, with some brown rice and asparagus. I love my Omega-3's!

Baked salmon, 1 cup of brown rice, and asparagus

Well that's all for my day, I will be sure to post a few more blogs today. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!
